We are currently developing a Village Savings and Loan project to enhance the work of Rights International in the Kyotera region of South West Uganda. The objective of the project is to create 15 new Village Savings and Loan groups over a 12-month period. The project will directly help up to 450 individuals and indirectly benefit up to 2,250 people within the communities of Kyotera.

We have developed a fantastic relationship with a local Ugandan partner who will be creating the Village Saving and Loans groups on our behalf.

The current focus is on fundraising for this project. The team are looking to raise just £10,510 to implement this project and deliver the opportunity to overcome poverty to the Kyotera community.

Our work focuses on empowering community driven change and providing a help up rather than a handout.
